Vertical lender format: Financial particulars are displayed vertically and years in columns. Debtors (Total) is automatically calculated as Debtors Less Than 6 Months + Debtors Exceeding 6 Months. Debtors Less Than 6 Months remains editable.

Figures are picked only from Detailed Financials. Direct DP margins are editable. MPBF is calculated separately.

Applicant-wise GST: The first row is created for the main applicant by default. Select the applicant in the first column, enter the financial year and monthly turnover, and add as many applicant-year rows as required. Every applicant and financial year can be independently included in the Summary.

Summary controls: Tick “Show GST Turnover in Summary” for each applicant-year required in the Summary. For the current year, tick “Calculate Annualised Sales” and separately tick “Show Annualised Sales in Summary”.

Applicant-wise banking analysis: Add multiple bank accounts. The account name is selected from Loan Structure. Each account can be independently included or excluded from the Summary.
